Talking 4-13 Skate in da books!

Awesome skate as usual. I think the teams were evened out pretty well, I was tired after five minutes. Everyone was doing awesome, hell I even made some decent passes.
Can't wait until the next game!!

I agree - I think the teams were divided up fairly well this week and we had a decent turnout again.

I'm definetly looking forward to the skate for next weekend again!

Imagine if we could actually get two goalies again That brings up another point i'd like to chat about. Some people like to go back and play goalie - even though they don't have any goalie equipment on. I have no problem with this myself, just something I wouldn't do personally without the proper equipment. But if your gonna get in front of the puck without the proper equipment on, then be prepared to pay the price.

I'm not saying people are going to intentionally try and kill someone who's in front of the net or trying to block a shot - but there are some 'inexperienced and novice' shooters on the ice....anything can happen - and will happen.

OK OK Frezza, I get the point. I won't stand in as goalie anymore, but I had an idea. If everyone pitched in a few bucks for goalie equipment, then we could alternate goalies every game. That way, we always have at least one and everyone gets to do something different. I doubt we'd have enough money for the stuff this year, but I'm sure we're going to do this again next winter. Just a though.

BTW, I know that we still have plans for a few more games, but I think that the hockey is gonna end as soon as everyone gets there cars out/done. I'm definatly ready to do some crusing with my car, too bad my car isn't.

    Anyway, later, Joe.

Well, I'm not a huge car guy, so naturally I'd like to keep it going. I would even be willing to trade nights IF I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO in order to keep it going. I'm sure lots of the car guys will fall off as the year goes on in addition to the people who won't play hockey and golf during the same season.

What's the feel on this? Tom, Frezza, Debler; how many weeks would you be able to make it during the cruising season?? Just curious. I'd bet we could keep it alive for at least another month. Beyond that, if there's still interest, we could just rent for an hour if the body-count doesn't cover the bill.

I'm still down for it. I don't street-race anymore, so I really don't give two spits about it being on Saturday night.

Okay, so we should have it going for a while anyway. If the turn-out is REAL bad, we'll take the weekends without Frezza off, and we'll go out instead!!! Anyway, glad to hear it, I don't know what I'd do without the Saturday night skate!!

Well I'll still be playing for at least another month. If it keeps going then I'm sure I'll be at alot of the games. We'll see.

Well, since my car is not done, and I am not much for the crusing scene every weekend, I do not see how it will interfere with my game playing. I would rather play some hockey with my friends than be an ass with the asses anyway.

The problem is, I will be gone almost every weekend in May.

As hard as it may be to believe, I think we can carry on with the games even without Frezza and Debler.
So go on vacation you bums. We'll stay here and skate!
