    Exclamation Wings Vs Av's

Detroit and Colorado have been one of the best rivalries in the NHL, but the last couple of years it's really toned down quite a bit. With Lemieux getting traded to NJ (now in Phoenix), the battles really haven't been that hard.

I can't wait to see the Dominator vs. Roy this season...this should rejuvinate the rivalry quite a bit

Chris you gotta realize that the Avs will win once again and they will continue to beat the crap out of the wings for years to come. The goalies will be a good match up, but Roy is the best of all time, SOOOOO, I think that says something about this rivarly!

We shall see about that The Wings have dominated the Av's in the regular season the last couple of years anyways.

Come on Chris. You know the regular season means nothing.

Roy vs. Hasek will definitely be fun though.

With the Wings picking up not only Hasek, but Hull & Robatille, I stink thinks could change...

DET & COL could be two super offenses going up against 2 brick walls... !
    Let's go PENS!

Just remember - Detroit is the reason Roy left Montreal in the first place

To put a Leafs fan two cents here:

Hasek brings more to Detroit then just being one of the best goaltenders in the game. He's also one of the game's fiercest competitors. Chris Osgood was a good goaltender but very laid back in his attitude. Dominic is going to give Detroit the fire in the belly that this team has sorely needed after winning that second cup in a row.

The Avs rallied last year for Ray Bourque to put them over the top. They're going to have to re-kindle that flame or they'll fall victim to their own complacency.

forget the Avs and the Wings.

What about the Schaumburg pee wee flyers against the Blackhawks. Who's gonna win that? HUH? Talk about intense hockey
