curent WCF standings...

wings
Avs
sharks
Hawks
Kings
coyotes
blues
Dumbass

so ... obviously 1st round

Wings beat Dumbass
Avs beat blues
sharks scrape past coyotes
Kings trash Hawks

2nd round
Wings vs Kings ....

Kings win they have deader he always scores clutch goals against the Wings and he is having his best season ever (he only needs 6 more points to match his best ever season totals) .....

Avs slaughter sharks, cos we do we got Yeti's on our shoulders.....

Conf. Finals

Avs and Kings go to 7, Avs win in OT, on goal by Blake, assists Sakic and Tanguay.

Alternatively ... Wings just get by Kings and

Avs and Wings go head to head for 7 in the matchup of the two greatest goaltenders in the game ever, bragging rights truly go to the winner.........

Of course I am going to predict that the Avs win it, this time it will be Vrbata assisted by Skoula and Rienprecht with 3:21 remaining in the 3rd of game seven. Wings pull Hasek and scate 6 on 5 then 6 on 4 when Footer gets called for roughing. They put 12 shots on net in the last 3 mins but can't solve the man, Mr Roy, final score Avs 1 - Wings 0.....

Then of course it goes with out saying that the Avs win the cup......

In case you are wondering the teams that I started with a Capital are the teams that I don' t want the Avs to have to play....

That could quite possible be the matchups here. How cool would it be for Hasek and Roy to go head-to-head in the Western Conference Finals. THAT my friends will be the Stanley Cup series!!

There is NO team that scares me this year. With the goaltending situation resolved, the best offense in the league and the second best defense, the Wings will coast through the playoffs. I don't expect to see many game sixes and sevens.

Oh boy are you ever asking for your precious little (old) Dead Things to be kicked well out of the playoffs in the first rounds.

Typical Wings fan, no brains and hence no respect.

HAHAHA Russ, I gotta agree, watchin the Kings boot the Dead Things out again would be too funny! But on the otherhand, flat out beatin them would be just as satisfying
