Canes Fan from SC.......

Hey guys! Whats up? My name is Krystal and I was just talking with my mom last night about this so I decided to come find a board to post on:

What do u think the odds are of facing Colorado in the Playoffs? I live in Charleston,South Carolina and I want to go to a Canes game but my fave 2 teams are the Canes and Avs. I dont know what I would do if I ever saw Patrick Roy in net....I think he is the most amazing goalie ever....so whatdya guys think? I see your int he playoffs but I dont watch NHL coz I dont have cable tv so I dont get any of the games but I go to ECHL hockey games!

Hey, welcome aboard. Good to see another Canes fan. As for your dream playoff match, I doubt you will see that happen. The Canes can't get out of the first round of the playoffs against an eastern team, so it is doubtful they would make it to playing a western conference team.

Welcome aboard. Although you will probably never see your dream match in the playoffs, the Avs usually make a regular season appearance in Raleigh. ECHL games are fun to attend. I always enjoy visiting your city.

Hey guys! So I guess its kinda outta the question about the playoffs eh? I know they come there on the regualr season dates but I would have to come next year! haha! Hey,Maybe if ya play the Pens I would come! I like alot of teams...the Canes,Pens,Avs and Bruins are my faves tho! haha! Ok I am sounding very repetitive....thanks for the welcome!!! ECHL games are fun...I have been going to them since I was 9....

Raleig, home of the Canews, had an ECHL team, the Ice Caps. Used to go to a lot of the games, but they left when the canes came.
Games against the Guins are always fun, so many hanging andd choking (no offense Darth) penguins on a stick all throughout the crowd. The games are a lot of fun. if you get the chance, i highly recommend you to experience it.

Hey! I am defanately gonna have to come to a game. I remember the Raleigh Ice Caps.....so where exactly do the canes play....Raleigh or Greensboro? LOL

The Canes now play in Raleigh at the Entertainment and Sports Arena. When they first came to North Carolina, they had to play in Greensboro while the ESA was being built. But they now have been playing in Raleigh for 3 seasons.

Hey....thats awesome. I knew it was one of those cities. My mom's friend and I are going to see the Greensboro Generals hockey team play on March 29!! Its gonna be awesome...I have never been to Greensboro!
