    Unhappy fate of the coyotes???

I wonder what the organization was thinking when they decided to trade Tkachuk (hope I spelled it right) and let Roenick go. I can't imagine basically giving away your 2 best palyers. Last time I remember that happening was the Hawks (Roenick & Belfour) and we all know how that one turned out.

Seems like some house cleaning/salary dumping is going on in the desert. I just read the Numminem was just named the new Captain as well.

I think it's gonna be a hard year for the 'Yotes.

I never understood how the Hawks gave up on JR. He is fan favourite whereever he plays, and he's a very talented and dominant center. It's a shame the Coyotes have made the same mistake.

I hope Pheonix is able to turn things around financially, they certainly have an abondance of savy hockey execs.

What are you talking about? They have Shane Doan. They're ripe for a move. That's a shame too beacuse when I think hockey, the first thing that comes to mind is the desert.
