    Detroit routs Toronto 6-2

It was a good game. The leafs didn't do that bad of a job, first period aside. Cemento came in and looked good for the 2nd and 3rd periods. The Wings are just TOO much right now. Aside from all their superstars lighting it up right now, even the youngsters are burying the biscuit. That Datsyuk is REALLY something.

Also, for anyone who missed the game; the young prospect swede of the wings was described by Matts Sundin as a young Petr Forsberg, a little smaller and not as strong....Damn, for a team that's supposed to be old, all of a sudden we're surrounded by young talent. Fisher has been playing some great D the second half of the season also. He's primed for the playoffs. I think Chelios is ready for a 2 year contract extension.

At this point, it's hard to see them losing to anyone..

Yeah, the Wings sure showed the Laffs who's boss!

Nobody can touch the Wings right now.

I'm reading the post game story right now on ESPN (since i'm stuck in Indiana) - man, 2 more goals for Federov! How hot is he right now - good to see Jason Williams get one as well.

Man, we certainly do have some good young talent coming up now and i'm anxious to see what that Swede prospect can do for the Wings (Zettleberg??).

We didn't get the game here in N.C., (college basketball dominates right now) but from the highlights I saw on ESPN, the Wings looked awesome

The Wings were very good, but I think it bears mentioning that Cory Cross was on the ice for a lot of the game. That guy was out-played by the two rookies the Leafs brought up from the minors, heck the Motor City crowd out-played him!

Any chance we can trade Cross for an authentic Scottie Bowman autograph? Please!

That's funny. That checking line of yours can really reak havok on the ice though. It seems like everytime they get out there they're looking to start some ****.
