I gotta throw out Darren McCarty from the Wings in the mix. Since Marty LaPointe left to go to the Bruins, he seems to be are only enforcer.

I like your list, but I would probably throw Brashear in there somewhere too(Although I hate that SOB)

Barnaby is not a top 10, but his fights are sure fun to watch. Grimson is gettin old, and he got his ass handed to him by McCarthy earlier this season.

Purinton is making his way up through the ranks too.

About some of the guys you all mentioned:
PJ Stock: Best middleweight in the league. Very entertaining to watch because he'll go toe to toe with anybody. Did you guys see his fights with Stephen Peat and Reed Low this year? Absolute slug-fests.

Bob Probert: Best off all time if you ask me. But top 10 now? Nah. His age seems to have caught up with him. He loses more than he wins.

Matt Barnaby: Has a lot of heart, and I like the guy, but I've only ever seen him with 2 clear-cut wins. Although I'm sure there has to be a few more.

Darren McCarty: He's good, but Bowmen doesn't let him fight anymore. Who could forget his two bouts with Claude "the turtle" Lemiuex? The one I remember best is his one punch TKO of Mark Tinordi.

Donald 'huggies Brashear: I hate the SOB too. The reason he isn't in my list is because he can't really fight. All he does is hug his oppenent while throwing weak punches at the back of their head. If he would just stand back and throw em', he'd probably be pretty good. Just look at the scrap he had with Sandy McCarthy this year.

Dale Purinton: You're right. He does belong in the top 10. He's a good toe to toe fighter.

P.J Stocks the man, but I dont think he belongs in the top 10 either. Pound for Pound Maybe.

Purinton is a violent dude, he goes out there with intent to Injure. Just ask Jim Cummins.

Didnt Claude do a pretty good job on Darren? I dont remember the two fights, just that one.

I love Jim Cummins; back in his wing days, he's the only person I EVER saw get a third man in from the penalty box. The crazy bastard left the box and got a third man in!!

I would exclude Brashear as well because he doesn't follow the Enforcer's code of conduct. If you're going to taunt the bench of the other team, you better be willing to put up your dukes when challenged.

The guy can fight, but until he shows some class, I think he's not worthy of the title enforcer.

Well, as you know, Claude turtled the first time and was messed up pretty bad. The 2nd time in my opinion was a draw or slight edge to McCarty.

Looks like Purintan ruined Cummins future as a male model.
