    Angry RANGERS vrs ISLANDERS

Maybe With the 2 stars you guys added this YEAR you will be giving us a GOOD SHOW this season. I hated going out to L.I. for the games, They havent been like the OLD RIVALRY we once had.
I hope to see that this year...........

Two stars don't make a team. Also you never know if Yansin will even want to play.

I think the only benefit they will be seeing in the short term is a spike in, or any, ticket sales. That place has been near empty.

I was thinking the same thing.
Just because he has 90 mill, he's still yet another cry baby in sports.

I agree - it's pretty freaky to watch a game and see nobody there!

Yeah, the only time that place has people in it, is when either the Rangers or the Devils are there.

I think they should just move the team, no one cares about them any more. They have had so many ownership changes, how can the fans care?

I still say they should have used that $90 mill to get into a NEW HOME. Sure its great to have STAR PLAYERS, But without seeling out your seats HOW CAN YOU AFFORD them

I think with success will come more fans. People will want to pull for the Isles when they start winning, because it will remind them of the days when they were good team. You just don't hear from their fans now because they have nothing to talk about.
...and as far as having star players, the Rangers have proven over the last few years that a few stars can't make a team. Good luck to both teams this year, except when they play the Canes.

    Well put MAREKFAN

Every year we have TOP players, and every year Im playing golf early. But this year Im not puttin in for early TEE TIME.

I would like to see the ISLANDERS do better, Oh to go back when there were the top team (early80's), I still would be a ranger fan, But it would be great 2 haveanother GOOD team in the TRI-STATE.
