    Devils/Rangers This Thursday!...

Well despite the fact that neither team is playing all that well, these two teams are definite rivals!...Any predictions??...As much as I hate to admit it, I am thinking the Devs are gonna have a rough time out there...

Hey now, there will be no crushing!

Actually I was really looking foward to the last Rangers/Devils game, But it ended up being a boring, devils type of game. Hopefully things will be different this time around though.

Colin White must be sent through the glass, that guys a punk.

Wow, what a game so far!...And a SWEET goal by Sykora!!!...2-1 Devs!...I can't believe how offensive this game is...It's a very fun change though! Both teams looking pretty good, but I give the edge to my Devs...So far.

Well, ALOT of good things happened for the Devs in a 6-4 win...Elias and Sykora looked great out there, I think they are getting close to their full potential...Brylin scored two goals and almost grabbed a hat trick...And I also noticed that Holik quietly added three assists!...However I still am not too sure about their defensive play, some of those defensive breakdowns didn't look too good...But at least they broke out of their losing streak and did it with a bang...Now it's on to see if they can put together a nice string of games or if they will fall into their usual inconsistant play...On the other side, the Rangers also got some goals tonight after a long goal-less drought...I still don't think they look like that dangerous team that won the Stanley Cup in '94 though...One of the announcers said Lindros looked like he was starting to look like his old self...I couldn't dissagree more...He was a physical and dominant player before...I understand the head injury part but he's got the size and skill to at least be a scoring threat every shift out there, even if he doesn't want as much a part of the physical play anymore...In the past when a star like him went out for a shift everyone knew it, now I hardly even know he's in the game...It's really too bad because it dillutes the entire league as well as the Rangers...The NHL really needs guys like him and Jagr playing much better...I hope we haven't already seen the best of Lindros when he was playing for the Flyers...Anyways, it was still a fun game and hope to see alot more of this from my Devs this year!...

Now that game was ugly, from a defense stand point. Richter also was definitly not on top of his game, a couple of those Devils goals were very stoppable.

But as you said, that good thing for the Rangers is that they scored. Maybe that can give them the confidence boost they need.

Lindros Lindros Lindros...Im not sure whats goin on wit him. At the beginning of the season he looked literally, unstoppable. Now he cant get anything going. Hopefully he can get back to early season form, SOON!! We need Wins now!

Devils out played NY in almost every aspect of the game last night, But the Rangers get a chance to revenge this lose on Feb. 26 I believe.

Rangers get a little break now <--------They need it!!!!!
