The canes snapped their 3 game losing streak in fine fashion thursday night, by beating the oilers 4-1. bates sscored 2 goals, vasicek scored and so did O'neal. it was great to see O'Neal back in the lineup and scoring. His big stick was missed these last few games. The canes now have an 11 point lead over the caps, but they have several games in hand.
