Let's go PENS!
"Our eyes were as big as saucers watching Lemieux do whatever he wanted out there.'' -- Atlanta coach Curt Fraser.
What? Is Lou trying to displace Mike Milbury as the NHL's wackiest GM? But hey, I'd love to see Arnott take his ass west and out of Cujo's face. It'll be nice to see the Devil's fall apart!
BTW Isn't Holik playing in the final year of his contract?
"Keeps going like this, the Zamboni driver is going to be the first star."
-- Don Cherry
The Devils would be crazy to pull the trigger on that deal. I'm 99% sure this is Holik's last year on his contract and probably won't be in a Devil uniform next year.
Im all for this trade![]()

Well as I was going to say in a long post before my Windows closed down on me!I hate my computer...I'll just keep it short this time...I don't think it is a good idea to break up the "A Line"...But on the other hand, the Devs do need something to shake 'em up!...It's like they are either drained from all the intense hockey the last couple of seasons or they are actually bored of winning and can't get motivated anymore...I think that's what has happened with the Islanders, no motivation...

I think it would definetly be a smart move for NJ to get rid of Arnott, before they lose him and get nothing. He's already come out multiple times and said this would be his last season in NJ - apparently he doesn't like his treatment.

I'd die if they traded Elias, him and Sykora have become my favorite Devils...And he's quickly moving up my ALL TIME favorite Devil list! Now I think I could live with an Arnot trade...His line mates are quickly becoming bigger stars anyways but they could use a big guy to complement their style and provide a little protection...By the way I know you're all wondering what my all time favorite Devil list is...So here it is...*LOL*...
1.--Slava Fetisov
2.--Alexei Kasatonov (what happened to him??)
3.--John MacLean
4.--Claude Lemieux (prolly will be booted by Elias and Sykora)
5.--Patrick Elias
Honorable mention: Peter Sykora & Scott Stevens
