Francis gets 500th goal

Although I am sure he would rather have had the win, Ron Francis scored his 500th goal in a losing effort last night. Francis becomes the 5th payer in NHL history to have scored 500 goals and have 1,000 or more assists. His goal came in his 1,000th game for the Carolina/Hartford franchise.

Congrats Ronnie on your milestone -- you have quietly become one of the greats of the game.
