Congrats to Aaron Ward who scored his first goal (and game winner!) in 64 games. I really miss Ward and his tenocity on the blue line - he was always in Scotty Bowmans doghouse, so never really got to show his real true potential here in Detroit.
He'll be back in the summertime though to the Detroit area where he lives.

The local rumor here about Ward was he was a serious partier - big drinker and pot smoker. Apparently this didn't sit well with Bowman.
Maybe Wards cleaned up his act in Carolina.
