Watching the Olympics on both CBC and NBC and I have to say the Mute button is my new best friend. From the baseball references the Americans keep bringing up, to the inanity of the Canadians talking to about some 40th place skier's co-workers back in Kamloops.

Next time, can they just show some monkeys dressed in suits for the in studio shots, and maybe play some recited Shakespeare during a game/event.

There are 2 that are much, much dumber. Their names are Mike O'Connell and Jeremy Jacobs. How the hell does O'Connelll still have a job? He f'ed us out of Thornton and now traded Samsonov in a salary dump a month before the season ends when the team was just 3 wins out of a playoff spot. They'd rather throw in the towel than actually compete and try for their fans. What a loser franchise we have in this city. I wish the Bruins would fold- and move to Oregon where I'd never have to see them on my TV set ever again.
