City of Ottawa bans Maple Leaf colors

It's long been a sore point with Sens fans so, in a strictly frivolous but symbolic move yesterday, a city committee passed a resolution banning the wearing of Leafs jerseys in the Corel Centre when the sacred Buds play the Senators early next month.

Thats pretty lame of them..

Cool at the same time, all leaf jersey wearing people instead of being fined will be asked to donate to the ottawa city food drive.. That I can respect.

Buffalo could learn from Ottawa. HSBC looked more like the ACC when the Leafs were in there recently lol

It's funny...Buffalo makes Sabs/Leafs tickets available only with a package deal, just to detur Torontoians from buying up all the seats and encourage Buffaloians to get those games...

Then Toronto fans buy up all the package seats and scalp the tickets for the other games in the package that they don't want...LOL

I guess I should be mad, but it's actually kinda funny...it doesn't matter...I was at the game where Toronto came back to win 6-5 in OT and the atmosphere was unbelievably awesome...despite us losing, it was by far the best regular season game I've ever been to...Number 1 will always be Game 4 versus Boston back in the early 90's, the May Day Goal...I was there, right behind the net that Brad May scored the series winning OT goal that game Buffalo it's first playoff series win in 12 years...man, that was great...

The Sens are just so losers and I hate them so much. I can't believe they couldn't beat the Leafs in their hundreth chance this year. I actually kinda feel sorry for those Sens fans saying they were gonna pull an upset, only for idiot Lalime to expose himself in the first period of f'n GAME SEVEN! Sorry, Radek, just need to find a new team.
