Overrated Goalie

There are many solid goaltenders in the NHL. Some are overrated and some are underrated.

I voted for Osgood. I'm sorry, I just don't think he as much talent as we are made to believe.

I'm not a big fan of Osgood, but Burke is horrid. The guy had ONE good season back with the Whalers, and has been riding it ever since.

I'd add Brodeur, Chekmanek, Byron Dafoe, and Olaf Kolzig to the list.

My choice would be Brodeur as well, although I think Chekmanek's recent elevation to being the goaltender to lead Philly to the cup places him a solid second.

Cujo over-rated? Dude, you've never seen the Leafs play have you?

Ahhh... I don't know... Burke played on really BAD Whaler teams... now that he is in Phoenix, he lead the league, I believe, in save %, and is at or toward the top again this year... I think Burke may go in the UNDERrated catagory rather than OVERrated...
