    New Board Forums and Moderators

Ok, here is what we agreed to:

    -Lounge
    -Grudge Section
    -Sponsor Specials
    -Signature Checking
    -General Tech
    -Power Adders
    -Garage Sale
    -Site Suggestions / Bug Reports
    -Club Suggestions
    -Moderator News
    -Staff Section
This gets us down to 11 from the current 18.

Rick, I guess we need to contact the existing moderators and see who wants to continue (I'd be willing to support the Tech Section or Power Adder if needed). Zarken will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the incorp and offer any help you need.

Tom, how are we coming on our house!?

I'm happy with where i am moderator wise.. Those sections look a lot more compact, and should make the board easier to surf..

The forums look good. I can't believe we trimmed SEVEN! And looking at it, there wasn't really anything lost by trimming them.

The foundation is poured, but we're waiting on the proper permits to be pulled.

Seriously, we'll know a lot more this weekend.

    Just a thought. . . . .

is it possible to find 3 moderators who has work done at each shop? That way it won't come across as the moderators are nut-huggers from just one shop.

I'm starting to understand where Jelly is coming from. He just makes it difficult for me to understand right off. ugh!

    Thanks!

the way it sits now, it's pretty mixed, bishop is mostly speedworks, quasar does ape/speedworks, and i am mostly ape, but greg gets some of my business too, mostly suspension bmr stuff.. the grudge is also in my opinion, coach is 100% speedworks, i'm mixed on ape/speedworks.. the problem is, being able to move it back, but i think we can fix that when the board is redone, also if someone becomes power/move delete happy, then we can warn them, after that, buh bye moderator.. I usually consult with another mod before i make any big changes/move ot the board..

The list looks good. I think we are actually in pretty good shape for the moderator side. The guys have always been open and fair. We just need to give them access to the tools on the board to keep going. As long as people are getting eplainations for moves or requests to edit a post, they should be comfortable and have a better understanding of where the line is.
