Thread: What was that Wednesday night????

Thumbs down What was that Wednesday night????

That was a terrible game on Wednesday. It's always the talent-less teams that out grit the wings. Oh yeah, and the officials too.
I saw an interview with Shannahan on the news (Thursday), needless to say, he wasn't very pleased with the officiating or the diving going on Wednesday. So much for 20 regular season games in a row at home.

Bring on Hasek's old mates on Friday night.
This time, no Max Payne, I jinxed the bastards!!

I sure hope the League is having a talk with officials. There is sooo much diving going on, a swim meet is gonna break out!

I was watching the Los Angeles/St. Louis game on ESPN last night and there was more horrible penalties being called - obvious and I do mean obvious dives!

I sure am glad they took the fighting out of hockey. After the guys got tired of mugging each other with their sticks, now they just lay down when someone skates by. They should make it a game misconduct for going Greg Loog(anus) on the ice. That wouldn't work though with the officiating problems. It's like I said when they went to 2 refs., twice the bad calls now. It's getting hard to sit through a game these days.
