After the piss-poor showing this past week, I gotta ask.
Are we through playing for this season?

A piss-poor showing would be an understatement. It would seem that our Every Saturday night hockey is done - we can't afford the ice with 3 people. I don't like putting my neck on the line for other people's convienence. When you rent the ice, regardless of whether you play or not - that ice has to be payed for.

I'm taking this weekend off and going up North with the woman. If somebody else wants to rent the ice, have the responsibility of getting people to show up, collecting money and taking the hit when nobody shows up - by all means

Wow, thats not good! I can't play til the 29th (if we're still playing then) but I know the story. No sense re-hashing the same old problem in print. We simply need a more consistant showing of bodies.
