    Canes vs. Devils

No one is posting in rivalry central, and these two teams have certainly developed one Hell of a rivalry. The Canes have handed the Devils their last 5 losses. The only blemish on the Devils record this year is their 3-1 loss to the Canes earlier this season. Tonight the Canes head up the Jersey. Both teams will be up for it. It should be a hard hitting game with some ugliness thrown in.

Canes hand NJ their 2nd loss

The canes continued their winning streak against the Devils last night beating them 2-1 in NJ. Weekes was unbelievable, stopping 34 shots, including many point blank shots on goal. The Canes scored twice on 11 shots, but itt was enough to win!

Jeff O'Neill extended his point streak to nine games last night, i think that is the longest streak so far this season in the NHL!
