Jeff O'Neill on Carolina blind sided Souray - get's 5 and a Game...last update I heard was a broken left hand and they are going to X-ray his shoulder now.

Enough of the Cheap shots already! Sheeesh! Kick out O'Neill for the rest of the playoffs as well. This has GOT to stop.

Odjick is just a punk, and Chris, there were lots of cheap shots from both teams last night, and I am sure that Detroit players have dished out a few cheap shots too. I think that is just the nature of the beast we call playoff hockey.

As far as which player has more goals I could care less as long as my team is advancing. About the hit if you choose to call it a cheap shot that's fine, in every game you will see someone checked from behind into the boards. It is dangerous and a person can be seriously injured, but cheap shots should be judged by malicious intent.

Exactly - and when you see someone who skates across the ice to give somebody a two hander when his back is facing him - that should be longer than a 1 game suspension.

Well, none of us are refs, so i guess all we can do is complain. The decision was made, O'Neal will be back tonight so there is no point in complaining. officials are gonna make bad calls, gonna miss calls and are gonna make the right calls. we just gotta live with it.
Besides, Chris, are ya scared the your Wings will meat O'Neal in the Cup finals?? is that it???:p
