How the hell can these New York Typists take themselves so seriously. The know absolutely JACK about hockey and even less about Canada. Get your filthy hands away from the type-writers, you untalented, zenophobic fscks!

Some choice examples:

Joe Gergen - professional typist.. Fulltime Janitor (http://www.newsday.com/sports/hockey/islanders/ny-gerg292688040apr29.column?coll=ny%2Dislanders%2Dhe adlines)

NOT A VERY SYMPATHETIC bunch, these Toronto Maple Leafs, not after the way they have manhandled the Islanders in the course of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals. Yet they can always justify their tactics with the stipulation they answer to a higher authority. That's the Canadian crest on their sweaters and nothing less than national pride is at stake every time they suit up.

Justify Steve Webb's checks on players that haven't even touched the puck or Cairns' headbutt on Corson you hypocritical ass? Go to Toronto some time putz, and see what a real worldclass city that appreciates visitors is all about.

Larry Brooks - professional secretary.. managed to watch a hockey game once with rose colored glasses on (http://www.nypost.com/sports/islanders/15338.htm)

In ruling on a 1964 case, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart wrote about obscenity: "I know it when I see it."

I know hockey obscenity when I see it, and I see it from the Maple Leafs every spring.

Apparently you missed a headbutt by Mr Cairns, Peca's elbow on Tucker the previous period, and Steve Webb leaving his feet on every second check he attempts!

I've read bad and biased reporting but your keyboarding skills would make Stalin blush.

Also the Islanders are denying their fans booed the Canadian national anthem. Islanders VP Chris Botta said before game 6, the fans were not booing the anthem, that those jeers were directed at Darcy Tucker and Gary Roberts.

Riiight! And when they burned the Canadian flag (that they stole) in the parking lot of your building?

Wang: Tucker Was Trying to Hurt Peca (http://www.newsday.com/sports/hockey/islanders/ny-wang292688060apr29.story?coll=ny%2Dislanders%2Dhea dlines)

"It's a sad reflection on the game," said Wang, who has learned a lot about the sport since he and partner Sanjay Kumar took over before last season. "That's not the way the game should be played. You can play tough, you can play hard. But you don't play by taking cheap shots.

"I don't care what [Darcy] Tucker says," Wang said of the Maple Leaf whose hit ended Peca's season. "That was a play that was intended to injure someone."

Hey Chuck, why don't write some software that allows you to see both sides of the game, and your fans to graduate from the sub-human species that they are?

What are you waiting for Microsoft to do it?
