Well Hockeytown may not be a ghost town but it sure sounded like one with less than two minutes to go in game two at the Joe Louis Arena tonight...The Vancouver Canucks scored late to shock the hockey world once again!...Another GREAT game for the young guns against such an intimidating opponent!...It is now two games to none, advantage Canuckleheads...The series will now shifts to beautiful Vancouver and who knows what will happen!!...Will Detroit step up and show who won the Presidents trophy???...

I sure hope so. Mickey Redmond said it best, "It's scary the amount of bounces they're getting."
I can't believe how many posts the Wings have hit or how many Vancouver shots have wound up deflecting in off a Redwing. They've been showing us this side for the past two and a half weeks.

Hasek has got to step up his play. The Wings have to be able to count on him to steal at least one game a series.
Vancouver has been lucky with the bounces and good in their work ethic. Now Detroit has too match that and steal those two games on the left coast.
They can do it, but they're going to have to earn it. These Canucks are for real.

I was getting severely frustrated watching that game yesterday. The amount of bounces Vancouver is getting is just LUDICRUS!!!
Hasek has to start playing like Hasek and stop letting in easy freakin goals! (Goal #1 and Goal #4 were soft goals).
Detroit came out with a lot of passion and energy, led by Yzerman last night which was a big boost for the team. They need good goaltending and hopefully a bounce will go their way in Vancouver. The Wings have always played well in Vancouver - it's a 7 game series boys and girls.
