Will Leafs flunk science? (http://www.canoe.ca/Slam020417/nhl_nyitor3-sun.html)

As for Quinn himself, his colleagues will admit off the record that no one in the league is easier to coach against.

Before Quinn the Leafs never reached 100 points in the Regular Season... he's done it twice. Quinn took a team that missed the playoffs the year before, to the conference finals ('99).

Someone's got his panties in a bunch.

Too much is missing (http://www.canoe.ca/Slam020417/col_strachan-sun.html)

Can the Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup? "Of course," their legion of fans say. "No doubt about it. This is the year."

"Not a hope," their detractors say. "They're nothing more than a middle-of-the-pack team in the weaker conference."

He then picks a part TML with a fine biased edge, like that of a jilted lover

I'll admit that I don't think Matty will be hoisting the cup this year, but to come out with two articles slamming the team that is the hometeam of his sports-centric newspaper, I find very suspect.

Perhaps I'm miss reading him though, perhaps, he is trying to motivate?
