OOOOOOPPPPPPSSSS
Andreas Dackell was tossed from the Montreal Canadiens-Florida Panthers game Tuesday night when it was discovered that he was not listed on the game sheet. Dackell, listed as a healthy scratch, came out for his second shift at 3:38 of the first period. Play was stopped and the referees removed him from the game. The mistake was discovered when the computer used by NHL scorers to tabulate ice time could not find an entry for Dackell. Arron Asham, who was listed in his place, quickly dressed and was on the Canadiens bench by the midpoint of the period.
