Some of you might have already read some of this stuff. It's a pretty long article. This is really the first time I've heard details of what's gone on in cursed Montreal!!!

Yeah, I read that yesterday. It brought a tear to my eye.:(
It's looking like they'll at least make the playoffs, so there's a chance that he'll play this season. Even if he can't play at his normal level, he'll bring a huge emotional boost to the team.
Audette has a good chance to be back by then too.:)

I can't believe their luck lately.. If they hadn't won the cup in '93, we'd be comparing them to the Boston freakin Redsocks!!! It was unbelievable reading that though. Who is the dude that keeps saving lives there, he was mentioned in the article?? He's the guy that gave the tracheotomy and saved his life and tied off Audette's artery which saved his hand from having to be amputated?? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Excellent article. Thank you for posting it.:)
When I first heard that he had been diagnosed, I said to my brother, "Of all people." Koivu's always battling an injury and now this..:( It was a great relief to here that he had beaten it.:)
I also, never realized that Audette's injury was so serious until I read that. I knew it was bad, but not that bad.
