I can't even remember the last time the Rangers even beat the Wings. I guess it's been since like 1997. The Wings pulled off another one yesterday afternoon winning 5-3 at MSG.
The game was a lot closer than the score. I think Richter outplayed Hasek who let in some flukey goals to say the least.
In the end, the Wings walked out of there with the 2 points leaving the Rangers looking up at the Montreal Canadiens for 8th spot in the East.

:D:D
Thanks Darren!:D
When will the Rangers learn that a group of individuals is NOT a team? Too many "me first" guys in that organization.

That lose was probably a back breaker. 2 minutes away from getting atleast a point, then tragedy struck....Darren McCarty.
I think its 5 in a row that you've beat us, wait till next year:)
P.S- Shoulda been 4-3 Rangers.

Glen Sather on the Refs and goal Judge.........
"The referee says he didn't see the puck go in," said Sather, who spoke with Andy van Hellemond, the league's supervisor of officials, after the game. "That's what you have the replay for. But the light didn't go on, either. I don't know what we have goal judges for. They don't do anything back there."
We got shafted...might cost us the playoffs.

Consider it payback for the non-goal in the Habs game last week.;)
