When the Team Canadian concludes its Super Series against Russia on Sunday, several of John Tavares' teammates will head to the first NHL training camps. But the Oshawa Generals star will have to wait.It'll be two years before Tavares experiences the same, unless his request to the NHL and the NHL Players' Association to allow him entry into the 2008 draft is granted. He was born five days too late to be drafted next year.
