According to the New York Post, despite negotiations bogging down, it still appears likely that Mike Peca will sign on with the New York Rangers.The report indicates that talks between Peca and the Rangers are set to resume as early as Wednesday. Peca is an unrestricted free agent who played last year with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
