Sykora and Oilers slide past Thrashers

Petr Sykora set up three goals as the Edmonton Oilers won their second in a row with a 5-1 victory over the Atlanta Thrashers on Sunday night.Ryan Smyth, Marc-Andre Bergeron, Marc Pouliot, Joffrey Lupul and Raffi Torres scored for Edmonton while Eric Belanger had the lone response for Atlanta. The Oilers have won five of their last seven and they are within six points of top spot in the Northwest.
