Denis Leary Hockey Card?

I once saw a Denis Leary Hockey card in a magazine or on his web site (which seems to be gone now). He was wearing a Bruins uniform, I think it was for Charity. I would like to have one of these because I am a huge Leary fan, but I can't seem to locate one.

Anyone know anything about this?
