After Salo practically single-handedly won them the Gold in '94 and thus gave Sweden the elevated status in the hockey world that they now enjoy, they should be ashamed of themselves.
The game never should have been that close, and you can't expect Tommy score as well.
How many goals did that floater Alfredson get? I know he didn't score on their route against Canada.

That's unbelievable!! Does anyone remember that story probably about 10 years ago or so when the Columbian soccer team got beat and they gunned down the goalie at a red light for letting in a soft goal? Remember that??

Soccer fans are the most rediculous. But in the countries them people live in, what else is there but soccer?

Yeah, that's what we're talking about. Hell the English fans could be the roudiest of all. They have that group of like 250 dudes that get hammered and beat the sh!t out of everyone in the stands. I even think there have been a few stabbing deaths. You guys are right, some of those countries take it WAY too seriously. How would you have liked to be on the '80 Russian Olympic team? I'm suprised they weren't executed by the government when that was over!
