Never is the right time, dump her and run. Just kidding. It depends on you's. I did pretty good for myself and I'm happy. I know people who can't let go of their single glory days and live with constant regrets. Anyway, don't do it for having sex on a regular basis. You know what they say about the food you feed women to make them stop having sex; wedding cake.

Take a good hard look at your paycheck and kiss it good-bye... just kidding (sort of). ;)

Marrying someone who enjoys hockey is good, when it's a different team, which also happens to spank your team, that's not so good. :(

Get the future wife interested in technology if you're a computer nut. My wife digs computers and I have ZERO problems buying cool stuff because she's interested in it as well. The downside of course is that you will actually have to let her use it when you want to... it is worth that sacrifice though.

I'll add more later. :D

Im molding my current Girlfriend into a Rangers fan now:)
All she basically knows at this point is that "Lindros is hot", but I'm making progress.

hehe... well, we've only been going out about 4 months now... but she is 24 1/2... I'm (for a little while longer, anyway) 29. We have never even come close to a fight... totally unlike previous g/f's... no jealously... it just seems really good.

I know it's too early still... but I have a general fear of marriage, so I guess I don't know what path to take.

As far as her favortite NHL team... well, we were at a BW-3's and my Penguins were on. This was like our 3rd date... I asked who her favorite hockey team was, and she asked "Who's playing the Pens right now?" I laughed and told her it was the Nashville Predators! ... So that is her team now, but she doesn't really follow it too much yet.

She did get me those tickets to the Pens/Caps for V-Day, so that should be fun.

Oh yeah... as a half serious / have joking Christmas gift... I bought her an authentic Predators home jersey :D

Darth Xed--Well thank you sir! :) I'm pretty excited about it...It's just going to be at the courthouse, nothing big at all...We'd rather save out money for the honeymoon cause we don't have alot of money yet but LOVE to travel and do things together...Good luck with your choice as well it sounds like she just may be the one from the way you're talking! :) I suppose the best info I can give you to help your decision is to LIVE WITH HER!...After a few months you should know for sure if you aren't living together now...I know some people have a real problem with that but it is simply the best way to get to know each other, there's no more hiding little habits and you'll test your compatability that's for sure!...hehehe...And if you just can't stand living with each other, there isn't all the problems with divorce etc to go through...Good luck and hope you two have many wonderful years together!!!...

:)
