Apparently, Atlanta's Ilya Kovalchuk owned the game with six goals. Impressive.

I caught a few minutes of the game, and heres what I got out of it...

Kovalchuk is amazing.

and Danny Blackburn got rocked. (ofcourse there was no defense)

Kovalchuk could end up being the next 'big guy' of the league... he is just awesome. Consider his season numers (as well as Heatley's) and then consider what team he is doing this for... imagine if he had any sort of supporting cast around him!

That was quite the offensive game - hardly any defense at all. There are some amazing young players coming into the league.
