21 of next 31 games on the road...

It's going to be a tough second half of the season. All star break, Olympic break, and top it all off the next 21 of 31 games left in the season are on the road for the Wings.

Detroit is an excellent road team so i'm not worried at all. I am worried about possible injuries or fatigue down the stretch after everything going on this year.

The road trip starts at the Savvis Center tonight against the St. Louis Blues.

The road trip started nice with a 5-2 lashing of the St. Louis Blues last night at the Savvis Center :)

Brett Hull - AMAZING! 5 points! 3 goals and 2 assists - think Brett likes playing against St. Louis? heh

Pavel Datsyuk - AMAZING! 1 goal 2 assists for our star Rookie! If this guy isn't turning heads yet in the NHL, it's only because he's fitting in perfectly on an already star studded lineup.

Datsyuk will get screwed out of the Calder trophy only because of his limited play time early this season. ALso, a couple other leading rookings are on Atlanta I believe so of course they've been getting like 25 minutes a game since the beginning. They need to do a points versus play time stat. They could use it like a batting average, that'd be cool.
