What the hell was that last night? You'd never know the 6-million dollar man (Richter) has a couple fake knees. They're already talking about not being able to keep him out of Salt Lake City. To be honest; I'd rather see him start for the US than Barrasso.
I wish we had the problems the Canadians have with figuring out who to start. Unlike Canada; this could be our weakest position, no offense to Richter.

Mike Richter is a world class goalie, and I would love to see him in net for team USA! Not because he is a Rangers, but because I think he would give the USA the best chance of winning. Dont forget this guy has won a world cup, and a stanley cup! Its no Fluke that he shutout the Canes!

I too think Richter will give the US the best chance of winning. Although it's nice to have a veteran like Barasso to back him up.

Who the heck are the young US goalies though? Is there anyone on the horizon? Or is it only kids from Quebec who want to be goalies anymore.?:confused:
