Tom Barasso will be the Canes main goaltender. Coah Paul Maurice said as long as barasso plays like he has the last 5 games he will be the Canes main goalie.
Irbe has to be disappointed, but to his credit he has remained quiet and is openly supporting the decision

Barrasso is hot right now and as a shot as the USA's goaltender for the Olympics. I would like to see Irbe get in goal at least once every 4 games.
