According to the Republic's report, Moyes will take control of the franchise while Ellman will get the Westgate project, a mega-retail facility in the works near Glendale Arena.
Wayne Gretzky will continue to have a minority ownership in both ventures and, though Moyes is expected to name a new chief executive, he will work to retain Gretzky as head coach for next season.
Perhaps they'll move to Pittsburgh? ;)
