My boys got 5 pucks out of 5. :D ... and that's BEFORE trading for Thibault.

As they should. Great moves by the Pens.

Still this.. ranking is premature... and by an organization that focuses on poker games and not the NHL it's as meanningless as Sports Illustrated is to hockey.

Don't get me wrong though, the Pens have been the best improved team easily with their acquistions.

If the NHL makes good on its promise to open up the game, the Habs' signing of gifted Russian Alexei Kovalev to a four-year deal might be the move of the offseason. Throw in speedy Mathieu Dandenault, a scoring forward converted to a defenseman under Scotty Bowman in Detroit, and Montreal has all kinds of tools and should be considered a top contender in the Eastern Conference.

Hmmmmmmmmmm... Putting a lot of confidence in Dandeblows there. ;)

I tend to agree with Ken. Anything ESPN says should be taken with a pound of salt.

It's a testament to any man's patience if they can sit through an ESPN broadcast of an NHL game without screaming at the oafs calling the game.....

Those guys would make good candidates for President.........anywaaaaaays.....

There's not much doubt that the Pens are set up for the biggest turn-around but, there's waaaay too much speculation in there....
