TSN has the hype (http://tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?id=93458)

Collective bargaining between the NHL and the NHL Players' Association resumes Wednesday.

Clearly I think they need to start seeing other people. Perhaps Goodenow should call up Paul Tagliabue and Bettmen could call Don Fehr? You hate to see this once happy couple separate but a break may be prudent.

They're going at it again (http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Hockey/NHL/2004/07/20/550216-cp.html)

With two fruitless negotiating sessions behind them and only one month left before an NHL labour disruption, the league and the players' association will return to the bargaining table Tuesday.

No truth to the rumor that Goodenow was looking at rings this weekend.

They went at it for SEVEN hours! (http://tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?ID=97036&hubName=nhl)

Neither side spoke to the media Tuesday, preferring to keep their comments for after Wednesday's scheduled meeting.

A source within Tuesday's meeting said it wrapped up just before 7 p.m. EDT, just under seven hours after beginning at a downtown Montreal hotel.

So do you think they'll have a deal tomorrow? If not, it's going to be one ****ing cold winter.

For the good of the game you morons!

"I don't believe that the proposal today was anything but window dressing, if that," Bill Daly, the NHL's executive vice-president, said in a conference call Thursday evening.

F*ck, F*ck, F*ckity, F*ck, F*ck!
