Manny Legace injury last night against Nashville

I'm up in Northern Michigan for the weekend and didn't get to see the game last night. I was however listening to the game on NHL.com broadcast and heard the injury to Manny Legace. The Detroit News is reporting he was taken to a hospital in Nashville with a neck injury.

I wondering if anybody saw this and how serious it was.

I didn't see it happen, but I caught the end of the game and Mickey Redmond stated that they were just checking Legace over, it didn't sound serious to me.

Uhhhhh.... Ozzie is in New York now.:confused:

Heard on the radio that the injury wasn't serious, but that the docs want him to rest for a week or so. It looked bad. Especially when they had to load him on a stretcher.:eek:
