in the northeast division, 3 points ahead of the Leafs...Nick Boynton scored a goal from 190 feet up the ice today and Nylander/Knuble remain scorching hot..I hope they keep this up, especially Tuesday night

Hey Bub!

With a victory tonight the Leafs will pull one up on the Bruins. Of course, the bears will still have a game in hand, and I really don't see TML winning the division, they always seem to stumble into the play-offs, then win in the first round and fall to the Devils in the second or third round. For me, my only hope of the Leafs getting to the Cup final is if they somehow make it to the third round against the Sens..... sorry, my mind was wandering.. what are we talking about again?

lol.. I'm not so sure you guys are going to stumble this year, if Belfour's back holds up. I'm surprised TML didn't pick up another goalie, Kidd has struggled. Leetch was a great pickup, I was hoping we'd get him, but we'll have to settle for Gonchar ;)

I've been waiting for the B's to stumble all season long, but they haven't. What a difference good goaltending makes :D (if Raycroft doesn't win rookie of the year, something is wrong with this world)

You guys pissed that you let Travis Green go now? ;) 3 point lead on the Leafs AND Sens (thank you, Minny, my 2nd favorite team) plus a game in hand on the Leafs. Things are looking good for the Bruins (finally)

Speaking of Minny, I'll be sitting in the front row for the Bruins-Minny game Thursday. Hockey rules up close

I think this thing is going to go to the wire, although I have a gut feeling that Boston will probably end up with the division title, and my beloved Leafs will face the Senators in what would be a very entertaining first round match-up.

I guess we'll see. :D

I think if we win our next 2 games we'll win the northeast. It'll go down to the wire, no doubt, the Leafs and Sens are both good teams. We have a huge game Saturday against Tampa. 1st in the eastern conference might pretty well be on the line for that game.

The west is more interesting though, the last 4 or 5 spots are all pretty much up for grabs. Lots of surprise teams out there too, like Calgary, Nashville and San Jose. Good stuff

I'm guessing this will be going on display somewhere in the Cabeza house.. unless of course you have a wife, then the best you can hope for is that garage. :D Still it's all good.

Amen. Raycroft should easily win rookie of the year, and Berg had an outstanding season, and is playing great in the world torny. All that and he wasn't even expected to make the team.
