About Saturday's dyno day..

Ok, first off, i'd like to know who's coming.. I'm fine with taking care of the main stuff, im' in well with livernois that will be no big deal.. I'll nab cash, keep track of everyone etc.. Secondly, where's the hot dogs, other supplies etc, and how we cooking them?? Thirdly, Member list and raffle tickets??? Just some last minute details that i'd like to get buttoned up.. Since i don't have possession of shirts, i can take names and addresses of the winners, and how many shirt winners etc should we have?? Hmm i think that's about it for now..

Last week's crap screwed up our schedule so we won't be at the TA Nats - sooo, we'll be at Livernois on Sat - should be there no later than 11:30 and will bring shirts, hats, registration forms, raffle tickets, etc.

I'm working on the negotiations with the "home boss". :D I'm shooting to be there for a while and will bring the cam corder too.l

I'll be there. I am going to try to get there early for two reasons:

1 - To get a pull in the morning air.
2- talk to Dan about next years sponsorship/and meet him.

I can't bring a grille, but I can bring a cooler for pop if necessary. Just let me know. I'll be leaving from there to GR, so I can't bring anything too big.

Nick ~ what do you need from me? I would be happy to help out anyway I can. We don't have a grill to bring or the room - I'm pumped I'm getting blue hawk dynoed!

I'll probably shoot to be there around 9:30-10. I'll bring Zzzzz papers for everyone to take a look at before I file them on Monday. It's not exciting stuff but still worthy of a quick Board meeting in the lot. :)
