The only thing duct tape and plastic will do is give you a false sense of security. The only way to be safe from a bio/chem terrorist attack is to not be where the attack is. Other than pressurizing you house (mind you, you would have to have the filter systems that they use to filter the air AFTER the Anthrax is present, to filter the air coming into the house to keep it pressurized) there isnt a whole lot you can do.... on that note, have a nice day:D
