Well its going into the 3rd now - AND WE SUCK.

3-1 Canes

It is so SLOPPY its sad to watch. Ricther look O.K. Not good NOt great.
I say after the 2 first goals - They should have put BLACKIE in.

Look at the CANES tonight its like a WHOLE NEW TEAM - Well we are making them look GREAT.

SAD SAD - SLOPPY SLOPPY GAME.

I hope they start to find a way to play like a TEAM. I see that will happen down the line but I liked what I saw in the Pre-Season, and this aint what I saw.


Oh well There is ALWAYS SUNDAY on home ICE.

The game was so pitiful, It hurt to watch!

I got excited when Messier scored but it was too little too late.
I also loved the way he showed that player he was not going to take any crap from him....but Messier is too smart to take a penalty like that!! {but I still loved it} :)

I think you need to realize that this is only ONE game. Yea they were sloppy but think of all the new faces in the club. Plus I saw some really good plays during the game. They need some time to click and find where they belong.

I think Richter played great that game, not sure what game you were watching. Those first two goals were NOT his fault. One when off Karpas stick and the other was a turn over and led to a 3 on 1 or somehting. He made incredible saves during the whole game. it could of easily been 5-1 or something if wasnt in net.

I saw the Pre game skate and he looked like an old man. Also He wasnt as fast as he always is. Im chalking it up to being game one, But WE WERE SLOPPY all over the ice. No flow.
There was some good things in the game, and some great things in the pre- season I just hope they can pull it all together for SUNDAYS GAME.

you guys are going through what we went through last
season. New faces!! need time to gel. Once your team
comes into their own, they will be very dangerous.......
Lindros just needs to get comfortable again. Last night was
the first time I have ever seen him in person. The guy is
HUGE!!!....I hope Berard works out. I want to see him be
able to play a long time. I did always flinch when someone
hit him.....thinking his new lens would fall out. Good luck
to your team this year!......

Hey Tanabe.fan...you can post here anytime....thanks for being mature about your win. The Canes deserved that game, played real hard for it....you have a winning team all the way around. And from your post, the fans are just as great.
