Eric Cole returned to the former Molson Center where he broke the Habs hearts last season and got a hat trick as the Canes pounded the Habs 7-3. Hopefully the Canes can hold it together until they can put a healthy squad on the ice. Here's hoping the offense continues on the Isle tomorrow night.

That's something the Canes definitely need-- offense. The latest shakeup of the lines, putting Brind'Amour on the first line with Frnacis and O'Neill, and moving Hlavac to the second, was a move that worked against the Habs. The question is wuill it work against a stronger Islanders team? The power play has been pathetic, until Saturday nighht at least. If the canes play a tough gritty game, and throw everything they can at the net, they should be able to generqate some goals. When the canes score more than one goal they have a winning record. They are 9-0-3-0 when scoring more than one goal and 0-5-1-3 when scoring less.

The Rangers are not that strong of a team:) The Habs spanked us earlier in the season. Playing better as of late though...Kinda.
