View Full Version : Ice Time for Saturday, Nov 16th

We have the ice again for this coming Saturday, November 16th. Our time however was pushed ahead a half an hour. Our start time will be 12 midnight till 2am on the Olympia rink.

Let's get a body count going.

Well, I'll be there as long as I don't have to work, which I find out on Thursday. I heard Nolan the goalie showed up last week, but you had less than 10 skaters. Tom should be back this week, and Val's older sister is workin at the cha cha. This might make it legal! :D Ooh la la.

We had 9 skaters last week - and I was on the team that only had 4! Talk about tired! We had no bench. The cool thing was for the first time ever, we kept score. Jason ran the time-clock and kept score.

Hope you can make it this weekend Ken.

Tom - last week we played with 1 goalie and played "POSTS" on the other side. Let me say - that sucks! Do ya think anybody can hit a post when you want to? Hell no! And sliding it on the ice doesn't count - it has to be up in the air.

Welp I'm not supposed to play hockey anymore, but a friend of mine wants to play goalie, so I guess I'm playing again after all. Did ya miss me?

Awesome Joe - that's great to hear! That means we'll have 2 goalies as well. Talk to Dave Dell as well - I talked to him a little while ago on ICQ and he said he's coming out to play this weekend as well.

Woo hoo! No work on Saturday, so I'll be there. Hopefully there will be a better turn-out this time even though some are away hunting. I won't be able to make it next week, the 23rd.

Well I tried calling Deel but he didn't answer, so I have no clue what he's up to. I haven't heard from my goalie yet, but we have time still. I just called Denny and he's gonna play, so theres one more player.

So we'll see.
