Wings take a 2-1 lead

Man, all my fingers are bleeding!!! It's not over yet, but that could spell disaster for Carolina; they threw everything but the kitchen sink at the Wings trying to get that one. Man, Igor's gonna have some bragging to do since Irbe's his best friend. What an awesome game!!

They'll have to paint the nets before game 4 since the Wings knocked it all off in that one. They had to win it, you can't hit 5 posts and not get a bounce. Not that I'm particular, but I'm also glad they didn't win it on a garbage goal.

I am so glad that we won, and in my opinion since it went to 6 periods, I think they should just cancel mondays game and give detroit 2. But thats just my opinion. Ha Ha.

WOO HOO!! What a game! I thought they were toast. Igor comes through! Refs swallowed their whistles for the 2nd half of the game. Glad to see its over.

That was an awesome game, my hear was in my throat for I don't know how long. I unfortunately wasn't able to get tickets for that game, so i went on vacation instead. I was in savannah GA watching it in this awesome bar on River St. (on the river, hence the name) I was going nuts, people kept hollering out "settle down North Carolina, what great fun. Unfortunately the game went the other way, but i think that game will go down as a classic. Monday night's game is gonna rock!
